Google Earth FAQ’s
1. Do you provide map databases?
No, we do not provide any pre-defined maps databases, instead we offer powerful and open solutions, to download, convert or/and import maps you are familiar to on your PC.
Our software is just using the free Google Earth Software for location mapping plate form on highly digitized map.
2. Are the maps able to be zoomed into street level?
Yes, Depends on Map availability.
3. What I can see on Google Earth?
ON Google Earth you can see following information
* Real time locations/movements of all devices one by one
* History Replay of unlimmited tracking record stored on computer
* History Display of unlimmited tracking record stored on computer
4. How can i do real time tracking on Google Earth?
When you start the etrack software, you can see the vehicle(s) real time status on the screen with Device ID, Driver Name, Vehicle ID and GPS data. You just select the vehicle by clicking on the selection box and click the RealTime Track icon, then Google Earth automatically starts and zoom to the real time location of the device.
5. What can I do if I don't have Google Earth Application installed on my PC?
You can download a free version of it from this web link, http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html
6. Why I cannot see any Place marks Google Earth?
Place marks are very useful to identify places, streets, buildings and many famous places. if you donot see the place marks icon on Google Earth then Go to the layers window on left hand side and select the Google Earth Community option.
